Are you looking to connect deeper with your mind, body, and spirit during your fertility journey?

Have you experienced grief or pain from pregnancy loss?

Do you experience pelvic pain, painful periods, or PMS symptoms?

Does being pregnant bring up emotions and/or physical symptoms?

Do you experience sexual pain or disconnection from your pelvis?

Have you experienced womb trauma such as birth trauma, sexual assault, or dis-ease?

You’re not alone. You’ve come to the right place.

Welcome, my friend.

Whether you're struggling with infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, trauma following sexual assault, menstrual pain, reproductive conditions, womb dis-ease or surgeries, or perinatal anxiety or depression, I’m here to help you navigate these challenges and find a path towards healing. I will work with you to identify deep rooted patterns and symptoms that are no longer serving you, and provide you with the tools and support you need to connect with your wise, feminine self: the part of you that yearns to feel present, connected, and authentic in your life. I will help you to reconnect with your body, to release emotional and energetic blocks, move your nervous system our of stress state, and bring more creativity, joy, and pleasure into your life.

Counselling & Somatic Therapy

We can’t only heal through the mind. The path to healing is embodiment. My counselling therapy approach weaves together neuroscience, trauma, theory, mindfulness, and somatic therapy. Together, we shift deep rooted patterns that are no longer serving you so that you can access your “wise self”- the part of you that desires to be present, authentic, and content in your life.

Womb Healing?

Womb healing is a holistic approach that seeks to address imbalances in the physical, emotional, and energetic aspects of a woman's reproductive system. I draw upon somatic therapy and energy healing to help you connect with your pelvic bowl, release emotions and energetic blockages, and tap into your feminine energy and innate wisdom.
