Please take advantage of my free 15-minute consultation service. I can’t recommend this enough as an opportunity to see if working with me feels right for you. I’m looking forward to meeting you and discussing how I can help you meet your healing needs.

Cost for Counselling Services

I offer counselling therapy for a flat rate of $150 per 50-minute session, whether by phone or by video. This rate includes holistic services and reflects the fee schedule of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

Financial Hardship

I am committed to offering my services at reduced rates to those for whom cost is a barrier, offering a set number of low-cost spots. lease don’t hesitate to inquire about these if you are experiencing financial hardship.

Private Insurance Coverage

Did you know, you may have coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) through your extended health benefits at work or school? Please check your insurance provider to see if you qualify and I will be happy to issue a 3rd party receipt.

Payment options

I accept credit card payments and e-transfers.

Cancellations

All cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of the full fee.
